  • Award negotiation and acceptance: review of terms/conditions and reporting obligations
  • Contracts and subawards: review, negotiation, approval, and set-up
  • Authorized Organizational Representative (AOR): institutional signatory for grant awards and contracts

Areas of Expertise

  • General post-award grant management
  • New grant award meetings with PI: review of grant terms & conditions, budget, compliance obligations, etc.
  • Quarterly communication/check in with PI
  • Maintain/ensure budget compliance, facilitate budget revisions, etc.
  • Liaison between PI and finance office
  • Plan and submit no cost extensions, budget reallocations and supplements to funder
  • Assist with sub-award modifications
  • Manage grant funded RECR certification (ethics training through Citi Training)
  • Submit salary from grants requests
  • Work with PI and DoF office regarding grant funded AP leave and sabbatical salary
  • Final reporting review and submission
